For a client from the courier industry, we are looking for people with experience for the position of "Key Account Manager"
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Job description:
- Active acquisition of new business customers, negotiation of terms, conclusion of commercial contracts.
- Recognition and analysis of customer needs.
- Establishing and maintaining long-term business relationships with customers.
- Conducting meetings with clients, preparing and presenting offers.
- Implementation of the assumed goals in the field of sales policy.
- Providing professional after-sales service and developing cooperation with existing business customers.
- Building and caring for a positive image of the company.
- Working with the CRM system and using prospecting tools.
Requirements:
- Experience in selling logistics services for business customers (B2B) in the courier industry.
- Experience in working with the e-commerce market, TSL (transport, forwarding, logistics).
- Driving license category B.
- Knowledge of English B2/C1.
- Having negotiation skills.
- Independence in action.
- Conscientiousness and improvement.
